for youth work professionals who work or want to work with young queers, e.g. about:
- Start-ups of LGBTIQ* youth programs: conception, funding
- Empowerment and involvement for different target groups within LGBTIQ* youth work, e.g. for young people with refugee, migration and/or racism experience, trans* and non-binary young people, girls*
- Protection concepts: development and establishment
- Youth participation and volunteer concepts
- referral structures
- Needs of refugees and queer young people affected by racism
- Opening up the regular offerings and designing protected spaces for queer young people with experience of flight, migration and/or racism: advice and support for initiatives

Our advice is aimed at existing projects, which are mostly the result of queer self-organization — but also explicitly at municipalities and sponsoring associations that want to initiate a new LGBTIQ* youth program in their city/district. Just a weekly offer for young LGBTIQ* as part of a standard offer of open youth work can be a successful start and decisive support for the target group in your community.
